Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your UKII Swim pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

• All hygiene liners, tags, and original packaging must be intact.

• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

• If your desired item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

• Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn, washed, or altered items

• Items returned outside the 14-day window
